Why we use it
To reply to you, to give you a quote and, if you become a client, to provide our service. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking steps towards a contract when you ask us for a quote.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing.
Where it’s kept
Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, your information is covered by the agreement we sign with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fieldworksai.co.uk and we’ll reply within a month.
