Why should my business use AI?

If you’ve used ChatGPT, it was probably to look something up or write an email. That’s a small part of what AI can do now.

Set up properly, it does the work itself. This is called agentic AI: you give it a job, and it works through the steps on its own until the job is done. It can read every invoice and match it to your bank, prepare a VAT return, build a website or a database, and even play a video game through to the end.

Anything you can do on a computer, it can do.

It replies in moments, at any hour, and it doesn’t forget.

If that sounds far-fetched, look at what it has done in the last year or so:

  • July 2025

An AI from Google DeepMind scored gold-medal marks at the International Mathematical Olympiad, graded by the competition’s own markers. Source

  • 2026

AI has helped settle dozens of the Erdős problems, a famous list of open maths questions, some unsolved for decades. Source

  • September 2026

AI agents produced a machine-checked proof that appears to settle one version of the Navier‑Stokes problem, one of the seven $1 million Millennium Prize problems in mathematics. Source

If it can do that, it can handle your VAT return.

What it isn’t

It isn’t a chatbot you have to learn to use, and it isn’t a robot voice on the phone. You message it the way you’d message a person, and it works from your own records. When it isn’t sure, it asks.

For most businesses, the cost was never the problem. The worry is that you’d need to be good with computers to make it work. With us you need none at all.

Nobody turns up to set this up for small businesses. So we do.
