Do I need to be good with tech?
No. You message your AI from your phone, like you’d text a member of staff, and we do the rest.
How long does setup take?
About an hour of your time to give us access. Longer if we’re building a system or digitising paper.
Do I have to change my software?
No. We work in what you already use. If something’s missing, we can build it, made for the way you work.
Will it do anything without asking me?
No. Nothing happens without your OK.
Does it ever move money?
No. It tells you what’s due and when, and you pay it.
Can I see what it’s done?
Yes. Every change it makes in your systems is listed on your own Fieldworks page.
Does it make mistakes?
It can, like anyone. That’s why it asks when something isn’t clear and leaves the important decisions to you. If something does go wrong, we put it right.
Is there a person behind it?
Yes. We set it up, keep an eye on its work, and you can always talk to us.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work. We agree it with you, then it’s a fixed monthly fee.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in the UK, and we can come and see you.
